Today, A Day Of Thoughts & A Special Surprise
10/08/2002
Good morning everyone!
This blog post will be going out later today so I should probably say, good afternoon everyone!
I hope this post finds you all well.
I am currently sitting outside in this wonderful Fall weather with the Fall breeze and Sun. My porch is in the Sun in the mornings but it suits the outside well. I am currently drinking my warm cinnamon dolce latte I made here at home. About to head off to work soon. <3
Hello, we are continuing this post now at 15:06 PM (03:06 PM) with another cup of dolce latte I again made here at home. This afternoon breeze with the shade at this time is very relaxing. I have my Fall candle burning and incense filling the room with my french doors open to let the senses move to the outside. It makes the atmosphere more New Orleans for me. My incenses are from New Orleans so they have that specific smell and vibe to them. MY neighbors are currently playing jazz and how my side yard is set up is giving very french quarter vibes today. I am honestly loving this afternoon! I am totally living for today’s vibe. Tonight is date night so I will need to be getting ready soon but until it’s time to start getting ready I will just sit here in this New Orleans vibe. I did my skincare before I came out here so I am so relaxed. I have had a stressful two weeks so this is absolutely amazing and just so lovely! I will definitely be rejuvenated for the week to come!
It’s currently nighttime and we just got back from our incredible date night! First, we went to Fuku Ramen. I had the Gyudon with Miso soup and he has the Sesame Chicken. We then made our adventures over to Barnes and Noble and ended up getting the “Fire and Blood” book by George R.R. Martin. We then headed over downtown. You see, I had recently passed my final exam for HCR 262: Healthcare Licensure and so I figured we were celebrating my passing. Which, made this proposal that much more fun for him. Anyways, we parked on Greensboro Ave and headed towards the corner where Big Daddy’s once stood. He then proceeded to talk about our first date and how hilariously awkward it was when we stopped at that specific corner and hugged and said our goodbyes and then we started walking in the same direction and we parked close to each other LOL! Anyways, that’s when I knew just how special this night is. He then stated my full name… It went like this: “Mary Frances Cramer, gets down on one knee will you marry me?” OF course, I was awkward, nothing has changed there but I said “Yes!” He proposed right in front of where Big Daddy’s once stood. It was super special and I loved and enjoyed every second of our date night/proposal. We will be taking some simple engagement photos later and I can’t wait! New Orleans here we come!
