I’m Frances Cramer Tatum, CPT, CCMA, IRB-SBR

I am Slavic, Levantine, Dane with deep family history in Yugoslavia - Croatia, Denmark, Scotland, and France.

I enjoy writing and creating digital art. The Underground Basement is where my stories are posted.

I’m currently a student at Arizona State University obtaining my degree in Health Care Compliance and Regulations, BSc with a minor in Global Health and a certificate in Evolutionary Medicine.

I traveled to London, England to study Health Care Policy and Medicine with Arizona State University in June of 2023.

I traveled to Strasbourg, France in the Summer of 2025 to conduct global health research within the area and surrounding areas.

I launched FC World Foundation on October 05, 2016. My non-profit organization is created to support organizations who work around the world.

I have a YouTube channel that deals with spirituality, paranormal investigations, and spooky stories. I also have another YouTube channel that deals with my time at Arizona State University and other vlogs.
