Recipe: Chicken and Vegetables with Chicken Broth


Four grilled chicken breasts: baked at 450 degrees fahrenheit for 25 minutes on one side & then 20 minutes on the other side.

Two bottles of chicken broth boiled in the slow cooker with carrots, peppers, squash, zuccinni, black pepper, garlic & onion powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, paprika, cayenne pepper, and grilled chicken.

Insert grilled chicken into the slow cooker after it has been cooked in the oven.

Slow cook for 2 hours.

While that cooks, create mashed potatoes by first cleaning your potatoes and then boiling them (with skin) for 45 minutes. Then, drain the water and add two sticks of butter.

By this time, the slow cooker should be finished and enjoy!
