Homemade Yeast Rolls

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 4 tablespoons butter - cut into small pieces

  • 3/4 cup hot water

  • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoons salt

  • 4-5 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 oz package active dry yeast 3/4

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.

  • Once risen to your liking, turn up the heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.


Instructions:
First, put in the flour into the mixing bowl (or kitchen aid), then mix in the salt, sugar, active yeast, milk (plant based), hot water (heat for 2 minutes). After the mixing, add in the hot butter (1:30 minutes and seconds heated). Then mix until creamy and then add by spoon into a cupcake/muffin baking pan. Then you bake!
