Homemade Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers (crush them yourself)

  • 3 tbsp of sugar

  • 1/3 cup of butter

  • 8 oz of Philadelphia cream cheese

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 4 organic eggs


Instructions:

  • Heat oven to 325°F

  • Combine graham crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of the pan

  • Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

  • Bake for 55 minutes and then refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours.
