Homemade Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers (crush them yourself)
3 tbsp of sugar
1/3 cup of butter
8 oz of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
4 organic eggs
Instructions:
Heat oven to 325°F
Combine graham crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of the pan
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake for 55 minutes and then refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours.
